Cash Management Systems Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items sold by Cash Management Systems within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (wrong item, etc.) or the item is defective.

Items must be returned unused in original packaging.

Return and Exchange Procedures

To return or exchange an item, please call 1-800-577-5540 to receive a RMA number.

Write the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the product back to us.

Please note that it may take 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our warehouse.

For exchanges, you may place your new order online after you ship your item back to us. You do not have to wait for us to process your exchange before ordering the item you want.
